We’re thrilled to introduce the Ely Step Fitness Class—a fun, high-energy way to stay fit and have a great time! This exciting class will take place at 740 Aultman Street, on the top floor of the historic Masonic Lodge. The massive space is perfect for the lively energy and movement a step fitness class brings.

Step aerobics is an amazing workout that combines cardio, strength, and coordination. It’s low-impact but highly effective for burning calories, toning muscles, and improving heart health. Plus, it’s a fantastic way to shake off the day’s stress and connect with others in the community who are ready to move and groove. Whether you’re a seasoned stepper or trying it out for the first time, this class is designed to be adaptable for all fitness levels.
