Are you wondering what the funny-looking bikes are sitting by the swimming pool? The Hydrorider cycle is a unique aquatic fitness device designed to provide a dynamic and effective workout in the water. It consists of a stationary bike equipped with specially designed pedals and handlebars that allow users to cycle while submerged in a pool. The Hydrorider cycle offers numerous benefits, such as low-impact exercise, increased resistance due to water’s natural buoyancy, and a full-body workout that engages muscles from the arms, legs, and core.

New and just in time for Summer 2023 is the outdoor lounge and seating area just outside the swimming pool. This area offers two covered patio seating areas, comfortable lounge chairs, and an outdoor area for play. The aquatic center hopes to place some outdoor games in the area to make it even more fun.

Besides the lap swimming lanes at the White Pine Aquatic Center, the facility also offers a unique machine exercise circuit. The machines are included with the admission fee; everyone can use these.
